Participant-Initiated Cancellations

| More than 45 days | 95% refund (5% deduction) | 100% trip fee as an Captain alpine adventures voucher (valid for 1 year) |
| 45 to 30 days | 75% refund (25% deduction) | 80% trip fee as a voucher (valid for 1 year) |
| 30 to 15 days | 50% refund | 60% trip fee as a voucher (valid for 1 year) |
| Less than 15 days | No refund | 40% trip fee as a voucher (valid for 1 year) |
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
While we make every effort to operate all scheduled trips, certain situations may force us to cancel. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Landslides or unsafe road conditions
- Political unrest, curfews, or government orders
- Public health emergencies or other force majeure events
In such cases, you can choose one of the following:
- A 50% refund of the total trip fee
- A 100% trip fee voucher (valid for 1 year)
Important Notes
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank account or credit card).
- Vouchers issued are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of issue.
